Scott Toderash Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Scott Toderash has owned and operated ICT operations in Manitoba since 1998. His software development experience began in the early 1990s and continues to present day as a technical architect for special projects.

He has been involved in launching no less than five independent ISP (Internet service provider) operations both as an owner and as an outside consultant. His expertise in his capacity includes network architecture, high-performance routing, and custom server configurations.

He has extensive board experience through his involvement in various organizations. In his role as president at 100 Percent, he oversees business development in addition to all day-to-day operations of the company. He is also chief technologist responsible for network and server architecture.

Brent Toderash Co-Founder & Partner

Brent Toderash has been involved in small business and startup operations working in a business-to-business capacity for more than 30 years. He began his career in the insurance industry where he earned a professional designation and became well-versed in assessing and managing risk for small businesses. Since 2000, he has been a business owner and entrepreneur, consulting on hundreds of web and technology projects. As a big-picture thinker, strategist, and analyst, he has successfully directed many projects through their life cycle, from managing the design and deployment of large broadband networks for ISP operations to a wide variety of web and creative projects.

In connection with various projects, he has been interviewed by several local media outlets as well as CHEX Television, the CTV Affiliate in Peterborough Ontario, and CodePoet.com as well as providing expert opinion for ITBusiness.ca, The Ottawa Citizen, Wi-fiPlanet.com, Wireless Broadband Business Magazine, Decima Publishing’s Report on Wireless, and the CWTA (Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association) Newsletter. He is published on CIO.com and elsewhere, as well as referenced for the book Tuned In by David Meerman Scott et al. He has presented on a variety of topics, including those relating to WordPress and SEO.

Ryan Schultz Helpdesk Manager

Ryan is a seasoned multimedia technology specialist with over two decades of expertise in web development, print production, and video design. As a freelance multimedia professional embedded in Winnipeg’s dynamic arts community, Ryan has engineered and deployed a diverse range of digital solutions for many of the city’s leading artistic organizations and events.

Since joining 100 Percent in 2012, Ryan has played a pivotal role in the administration and optimization of internal systems, overseeing client-facing technologies, and managing all technical support requests. His extensive knowledge spans web technologies, IT infrastructure, and desktop computing, with a strong focus on strategic technical planning and system efficiency.

Ryan excels at translating complex technical concepts into accessible insights, equipping clients with the knowledge they need to navigate digital platforms effectively. His expertise in WordPress training and user support has empowered numerous clients to manage their own digital presence with confidence.

Rod Salm Creative Director

Rod Salm has over 20 years of experience as a professional designer, and project manager for national companies like Thomas Cook, Palliser Furniture, Stantec Inc., Acculift, and as a freelancer to numerous smaller businesses.

A problem-solver at heart, he has a demonstrated ability to create both online and traditional marketing strategies that result in growth. Rod maintains a strong belief that marketing efforts must be measurable. With a background and formal education that combines fine arts, public relations, and marketing management, he brings both creativity and expertise to creative and marketing projects of all kinds.

Rod is also one of the longest attending members of the Winnipeg WordPress group.

Alicia Ramirez Senior Developer

Alicia Ramirez has more than 25 years of experience building websites with a variety of technologies, meaning she has witnessed and participated in the development and growth of the web from its early days. She holds a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona and taught web design and development for 18 years at Red River College.

Alicia brings to the team her experience creating iOS applications and an eye for UX design. She specializes in custom WordPress themes and plugin development building sites optimized for accessibility standards, SEO, and performance.

Julius Garcia Developer

Julius has over 19 years of experience in software and website development. He is a results-driven and self-motivated professional known for his innovative approach to new technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Adamson University, Manila, Philippines. Further enhancing his expertise, he recently completed an Artificial Intelligence Diploma from the University of Winnipeg, demonstrating his commitment to staying at the cutting edge of technology and continually advancing his knowledge in AI.

Bohdana is an SEO specialist, content manager, and marketing and sales professional with over 5 years’ experience in all aspects of SEO for multiple international markets, including Ukraine and Turkey.
